For shipments within Australia
We’ll notify you via email if an item from your order is out-of-stock. Any out-of-stock items will ship separately once they become available, typically within 10 business days. There are no additional shipping charges. If you have questions, please contact Customer Support.
We strive to get all orders received before 1 PM shipped out the same day. This is in Brisbane Australia Local Time.
We ship from our warehouse in Queensland. Orders not shipped the same day will be shipped the following day. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays. We ship on weekdays, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or on any Public Holidays. Orders received after 1 PM Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday, assuming Monday is not a Holiday.
Please Note: tracking numbers are not active until the shipping provider scans the package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
For orders shipped outside Australia, Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. These charges are normally collected by the delivery carrier (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.
